our Mission

Establish Kingdom Outposts throughout the world.

Families worldwide struggle to differentiate their culture’s idea of family from God’s design. Our goal is to help families discover a shared sense of purpose and strength as “Kingdom Outposts.”

What Is A Kingdom Outpost?

A “Kingdom Outpost” describes a family who lives intentionally as a critical, strategic household in the effort to extend the Kingdom of God into new territory.

A Kingdom Outpost home…

Takes responsibility for the spiritual growth of its family members.

Builds a strong family culture that establishes values, rhythms, and boundaries.

Shares the same mission to live a life of service and adventure.

Embraces a multigenerational vision to create a legacy of faith for future generations.

We call this the 4 Pillars of a Strong Family:

Multigenerational Vision

Deuteronomy 7:9, Psalm 78:4, Psalm 112:1-2, Psalm 128, Ephesians 6:1-4

Teach our children and our children’s children to steward a legacy of faith for future generations.

Parenting is not an 18-year job. While roles certainly change, it’s a lifetime appointment. What we do today will leave a blessing or a curse for our children and their children.

Priesthood Of The Family

Deuteronomy 6:5-9, Proverbs 20:7, 1 Peter 2:9

The primary place for spiritual development is in the home.

There is a false belief that a family’s spiritual development is best done by a paid specialist, professional, or institution.

Culture

Deuteronomy 6:5-7, Acts 20:28, Romans 12:2, Philippians 4:8-9, 2 Timothy 4:3-4, 1 John 4:5-6

Establish values, rhythms, and boundaries.

Most families’ lifestyles are fast and furious, primarily dictated

by cultural norms. We must take control of our family’s time and be intentional to create a healthy culture.

Adventure

Esther 4:14 and 8:6, Mark 10:45, Philippians 2:4, Hebrews 11:8, Hebrew 11:31, Hebrews 11:32-40

Ready to go, serve, and sacrifice, for a purpose greater than ourselves.

What story are we inviting our family into? Make good grades, a 9-to-5 job, be kind? We were made for a life of adventure! God has already invited us into His story and given us a mission that involves the unknown, risk, and challenge.

With a clear vision, they grow in their faith, build strong family cultures, and live lives of service and adventure. They help extend the Kingdom of God into new territory, become part of the solution for the problems we see in the world, and create a legacy of faith for future generations.

THERE ARE NO PERFECT FAMILIES.  IT’S NEVER TOO LATE TO START!
